What we collect

When you use the wizard, we store your answers: the kind of business, the description you type, the problems you pick, the tools you already use, how you feel about new software, your budget band, and your website address if you give it. If you give a website, we fetch its homepage once and keep a short summary (the title, the description and the headings, under 600 characters) to make your plan more specific. We don't store the page itself.

If you ask for your plan by email, we store that email address with your plan.

If you ask for a person to help, we store your name, email, phone number if you give it, which idea you asked about, and anything you write in the note.

We don't ask for passwords, card numbers, or anything about your customers.

How your answers are used

Your wizard answers, and the website summary if there is one, are sent to an AI model to write your three ideas. The model is run by an AI provider under contract to the platform that hosts this site; it is not used to train anyone's model on your answers, and the provider doesn't get your name or email. The plan comes back to you on a page with its own link, and that link works for anyone who has it, so share it with care.

Help requests go to us by email so we can reply. We may send you a plan by email if you ask for one. We don't send newsletters or marketing email.

Who else sees it

• - The hosting platform (Lovable Cloud, on Supabase) stores the data in the United States.
• - The AI provider receives your wizard answers to write the plan, as above.
• - Google (Gmail) carries the emails we send and receive.
• - Cloudflare provides our domain and routes our email.
• - Nobody else. We don't sell or share your information with advertisers.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, and only when someone signs in to our private admin area; it keeps that person signed in. Lovable, the platform that hosts the site, keeps basic visitor counts. We don't run ad tracking.

If you click a link to a tool we recommend, you leave this site and that company may set its own cookies. Some of those links are affiliate links: if you sign up through one, the tool company may pay us a small commission. It doesn't change your price, and it doesn't change which tool we recommend.

How long we keep it

Plans are kept so your link keeps working. Help requests are kept so we can follow up. If you want a plan or a request deleted, email hello@zerojargon.ai from the address you used and we'll delete it within a week.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
